As Payroll & Administration Officer
- to ensure that accurate payslip/annual statement is available to all employees in accordance with the employers (legal) regulation and guidelines.
- to co-ordinate employee benefits (Group Insurance, Health Insurance and Work Accident Insurance) - including interaction with vendors, invoice reconciliation and employee updates.
- to support the HR Director and HR Business Partners with employee related queries and reporting.

You will also prepare and submit monthly payroll audit documents/accruals and reconciliations.

And last but not least you will modify payroll procedure manuals and processes for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments to ensure go forward process changes are documented.

**Requirements**:

- Professional experience with Belgium payroll regulations, preferably on SD Worx tools and/or SAP
- You have a in depth knowledge of the Belgium social legislation
- You have the ability to work in a team as team
- You have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You report identified issues to the relevant parties in a professional and timely manner.
- You are passionate about human resources and have a strong sense of service towards all employees.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
