**Business Solutions Architect / Analyst**

As a Business Solutions analyst you’ll support and contribute on a wide range of transformation projects at Client:

- Support the CXO put in place the future digital customer experience of home insurance repair in kind. You’ll work on simplifying and optimizing our processes, improve customer touchpoints and create WOW-Brand moments in the customer journey.
- Support the development of B2B products by defining their value proposition, operating model and required partnerships.
- Support in the development of our IT platforms by collaborating with Product Owners and Technology teams in order to deliver best in class features enabling the future development of Client.

You will join our Business Development and Solutions team where Innovation and Transformation are at the heart of what we do.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- You are passionate about digital transformation, product development and always have the customer experience in your heart
- You have 2-3 years of experience as Business Analyst, ideally in the Financial Services industry. Claims knowledge is a big plus
- You are structured, data driven, proactive, and have good interpersonal and communication skills. You are eager to use numbers to support your analysis
- You have high work ethics and an intrinsic desire to deliver high quality end products
- Solving problems and understanding end-customer needs are part of your core strengths
- You are acquainted with Agile delivery methodologies as well as Design Thinking
- You are an outgoing, open minded person
- Strong motivation to drive impact by making product improvements
- You are results-driven, with a hands-on mentality
- You have good English skills as well as French and Dutch

**Objective of the mission**

1. Contribute in market analysis to spot emerging customer trends and behaviors in the insurance and repair industries

2. Contribute in the analysis and documentation of As-Is capabilities about business process, technology and people

3. Contribute in the design of To-Be processes and implementing activities related to new solutions and change management

4. Document business requirements and perform gap analysis between business requirements and systems requirements

5. Document functional requirements and collaborate with Technology team in delivering them

6. Support in functional testing
