**Jouw bijdrage, jouw missies**:
Voor een van onze partners-klanten in Montgomery zijn we op zoek naar 2 Business Consultants, waarvan minstens één met kennis van HR / Payroll.

In die functie analyseer je samen met het team de behoeften van gebruikers met het oog op het in kaart brengen van de bestaande processen, de efficiëntie daarvan te verhogen en ze relevanter te maken. Een dergelijke evolutie kan in sommige gevallen leiden tot een informatisering van (een gedeelte van) de bedrijfsprocessen.

In dat geval kan je gevraagd worden om de implementering van het proces van A tot Z te beheren: vanaf de definiëring van behoeften tot het actieplan.

**Je taken**
- Organisatorische processen binnen de organisatie van onze partner-klant doorlichten, analyseren en rond mogelijke verbeteringen adviseren (Business Process Reengineering);
- De huidige processen op de strategie van de organisatie afstemmen (Business Process Management, Business Process Modeling);
- De functies en functionaliteiten die in het project moeten worden opgenomen nauwkeurig definiëren in overleg met de verschillende betrokkenen;
- Prioriteiten stellen voor het (de) lopende project(en) waarbij je de scopes van het (de) project(en) in de gaten te houdt;
- Toezien op het beheer van de projectplanning in functie van de daadwerkelijke belasting en de beschikbare middelen; het uitgevoerde werk nauwkeurig meten;
- De processen en de informatiestromen modelleren op basis van een algemeen overzicht van de huidige bedrijfsprocessen ('As is' analyse); indien nodig, mogelijke verbeteringen bedenken, voorstellen en valideren bij de 'process owners';
- Een ontwerp en een model voor de komende bedrijfsprocessen uitwerken ('To be' analyse);
- De middelen betrokken bij het (de) project(en) waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent coördineren, coachen en mobiliseren; de uitwisseling van informatie tussen stakeholders bevorderen;
- Een implementatieplan definiëren door een aanpak, bestemmingen en een planning voor te stellen, daarvan de impact op de huidige organisatie inschatten, stilstaan bij hoe hierrond moet worden gecommuniceerd, enz.
- Op vraag van de partner-klant kan je 'To be' processen implementeren op basis van je competenties inzake Change Management, opleiding, coaching, enz.;
- Erop toezien dat de verzamelde informatie volledig en correct is en ook als dusdanig aan de betrokken stakeholders op alle niveaus wordt doorgegeven;
- De verbindende en mobiliserende factor zijn voor al wie bij de projecten betrokken is.

**Jouw opleiding en ervaring**:

- Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs (Bachelor of Master) uit een zakelijke richting op zak;
- Je hebt mínimaal 2 of 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (of als projectmanager);
- Een van de twee Business Consultants is terdege vertrouwd met HR / Payroll;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van IT;
- Je fungeert als schakel tussen informatici en gebruikers;
- Je beheerst methodes voor projectbeheer (Prince 2, AGILE);
- Kennis van de administratieve sector en de politieke wereld is een pluspunt.

- Je bent assertief en neemt graag initiatief;
- Je bent in staat om juiste prioriteiten te stellen;
- Je bent stipt, nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en je kan goed organiseren;
- Je bent een goede teamspeler maar kan tegelijk zelfstandig werken;
- Kennis van het Frans is een troef;
