As a global critical financial infrastructure, the protection of Euroclear information and assets is fundamental to the company’s business. As a Test Analyst, you will be joining our Chief Information Security Office division (CISO) which is in charge of putting in place the required controls to adequately and effectively protect our information assets.
**As a Test Analyst, your responsibilities include**:
Working with the Business Analysts to create and implement a test strategy & approach
Translating business requirements, non-functional requirements & functional design into test requirements
Converting test requirements into test conditions, test data, expected results and grouping them into relevant test scenarios
Executing and documenting the system testing and facilitating end user validation testing
Working with developers to report test failures for investigation, fix and re-testing, looking for manual workarounds if technical fixes are not possible
Paying attention to the right trade-off between quality, cost and timeliness

For this role, you need to have a few years’ experience as a Test Analyst, or at least have qualifying technology experience from school. Interest in cybersecurity is crucial, as are critical thinking skills and excellent communication skills (listening, writing and presenting). You have a flexible mind (you don’t have a problem assisting in other project activities outside of testing) and can quickly adapt to unexpected changes in priority. You pay attention to detail and can easily work both autonomously as in close team collaboration.
You hold a Bachelor’s (university) degree (or similar) with a focus on an IT discipline (e.g. Data Science, Cyber Security)
You have knowledge of and passion for data modeling, data warehousing and reporting
You have an appetite for understanding the IT world as much as the Business world
You have excellent speaking and writing skills in English
Do you have any knowledge of the Security business domain, awareness of Microsoft Power BI, practical experience in using SQL, and/or awareness of cybersecurity control frameworks sucht as NIST? We consider that an important asset
