**Make your mark for patients**

We are looking for an **EU Reporting & Data Lead** to join us in our **Analytics & Reporting** team, based in our HQ in Brussels, Belgium

**About the role**
- Be responsible for ensuring the reporting and descriptive automated solutions remain in sync with the business. You will be driving the BI Platform management (Qlik), Data and Reporting operations.
- Be part of the Operational Excellence team and will work very closely with the Reporting and analytics team members, PVU, IT and outsourcing partners.
- Deliver the most appropriate existing or innovative best in class IT infrastructure solutions and services”.

You will report into the EU Data & Reporting Operations Lead

**What you’ll do**
- Lead our Reporting landscape as a strategic asset within UCB’s I2I Go-To-Market EU, ensuring the execution of associated projects, and activities.
- Establishes a strong partnership within the I2I organization but also with our partners in IT, Advanced Analytics, Compliance, PVU and implement governance meetings aiming to proactively manage workload.
- Security Management: Manage Folder structure management (Country, PVU, etc.) User Access (strategy, setup, approvals).
- Maintain full comprehensive view of the data landscape, information flows covering below topics:

- Managing data definitions and associated business logic (calculations)
- Assuring the adequacy of the data and its quality for the intended use
- Monitor BI tool adoption
- Day to day management of data vendors (structured data) and is POC for all data related topics available in the report solutions, e.g., add new relevant competitors to CDF.
- Partnership with IT Custodians to secure asset agility (data architecture, master data, transactional data fundamental knowledge.

**Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills**:

- Several years of experience in running the data and reporting operations activities
- Good understand of the data landscape in pharma environment
- CRM data model understanding from a technical perspective
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik or Power BI
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL
- Sense for detail with excellent Project management skills
- You have experience in leading high priority, business critical initiatives within a matrix organization
