JOB TITLE:
Telecom Contracting Operational Support.

MISSION DESCRIPTION:
The major customers have launched 5G roll-out projects of their networks.
This will result in 900 sites for which several operational tasks will have to be performed: technical drawings verification & approval, participation to site kick-off meeting, as-built check & acceptance visits.
Actual workload of customer projects can't be handled in time by the Telecom Contracting team.
If no extra resource is hired, this results mainly in a backlog of files that will still grow-up and lead to escalation of the customers.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
Verification according agreed guidelines of technical drawings sent by service providers of customers, update internal system of information and database to ensure optimal project follow-up, coordination with internal services of the company.
Participation to kick-off meeting on site with external customers.
Control acceptance documents and perform visit on sites to take pictures and perform checks to ensure projects is built according validated drawings and company guidelines.
Check if no damages have been caused to company infrastructures or surrounding ground.
Write acceptance report and send it to concerned service provider.
Update internal system of information and database to ensure follow-up that all punches are solved within reasonable delay.
Report on status & issues towards KAM's.
Check as-built drawings to ensure projects is built according validated drawings and company guidelines.
Make sure info about High Voltage lines and pylon number is correct as this will be used for future access requests.
If needed ask for correction to service provider.
Write acceptance reports describing non-conformity points and expected corrective actions.
Check and approve State Of Premises before/after works + pictures sent by subcontractors.
Make report with identified damages.
Sign documents for approval if provisional acceptance can be granted.
Keep information system updated: save files on network share, update database, etc.
Communication with external Service Provider of customer: manage and follow daily incoming requests, provide feed-back on regular basis, send action requests, answer in due time to provide best possible service.
Reporting to Telecom Contracting KAM's : work in close cooperation with Key Account Manager and provide status report on regular basis.
