**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

Due to continued expansion of its activities, Upsilon Recruitment & Selection is looking for a new high-flyer to join its team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Account management & Business development Activities;
Stay in touch with current Client companies for updates on new and existing business, become a true business partner on which clients can rely ;
Identify potential Clients for new business ;
Develop accounts, coordinate and develop business based upon client visits, referrals, networking, cross selling.

Interview and Placement Activities;
Planning the screening, search and selection process and monitoring its effective implementation and conclusion ;
Preparing CVs for presentation to Client and ensuring quality levels are sufficient for Client inspection ;
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
High level of energy, sales acumen and assertiveness ;
Entrepreneurial mindset : flexibility, autonomy, hands-on attitude ;
Strong communication & negotiation skills ;
Ability to focus on own sales but proactive contribution of new ideas and to team objectives ;
