**Vos responsabilités**:
**Long term sourcing strategy**
You define and implement Delhaize Belux’ **long term sourcing strategy for Fresh, Own brands & A-brands** to deliver YoY savins in order to fund the commercial development of Delhaize Belux. The approach consists of implementing a plan that fulfills commercial needs and extracts YoY savings, secures supply, increases on-shelf availability, supports sustainability targets (funding the Lion Footprint platform) and decreases supply chain complexity & cost. All savings delivered are required to achieve UOP and fund investments.
- Develop and implement the most effective long-term sourcing strategy, taking into account internal & external stakeholders, market evolutions & impacts, raw material availability, commercial needs etc.
- Integrate & support local primary sector needs
- Define, design & implement a roadmap to deliver YoY saving programs, product supply and value creating multi-dimensional supplier relationship models (quality improvement, value chain savings, product availability, etc)
- Develop & implement value chain management approaches
- Create awareness with respect sourcing strategy, targets, and policies within the organization
- Integrate the sourcing approach & provide input to the Product, Marketing, Quality & Store concept long term strategy

You manage all the **synergy initiatives** in the Benelux/Europe for Delhaize. You define, implement and manage the **supplier collaboration model & relationships**, also representing Delhaize in supplier forums/organizations.
You also lead the **buying alliance approaches** for Delhaize Belux. You manage the execution of the A brands International rebate program for Delhaize Belux on top of local agreements and conditions, in order to improve YoY savings.
Management of Sourcing department (23 FTE) - People Management & Leadership

**Votre profil**:

- University Degree in business administration or equivalent
- Min. 9 years of experience in sourcing and category management
- Strong expertise of the primary sector
- A proven ability to grow businesses, with a successful track record in P&L management.
- A track record of leading a business requiring sizable deployment of people and different stakeholders.
- Experience of leading businesses through periods of major change and growth.
- A balance of working both strategically and operationally.
- Track record in developing innovative products and disruptive (e-)services.
- Strong leadership and management skills combined with an open and inclusive approach to business.
- Commercially astute with the drive to achieve strong results.
- Ability to influence diverse groups and engage at all levels both internally and externally.
- The ability to challenge positively and debate confidently.
- Disruptive and innovative mindset.
- Able to act as a catalyst for positive change.
- Strong negotiation skills and determination
