Heb je zin om met ons mee te bouwen aan het verhaal van de Administratie Grote Ondernemingen (GO)? Aarzel dan niet om je vandaag nog in te schrijven. Wij zijn op zoek naar jou en willen jou de mogelijkheid geven om je talent (verder) uit te bouwen.
- Je controleert, met de ondersteuning van een collega, de belastingaangifte op **de juiste toepassing van de verrekenprijsrichtlijnen**. Je voert een vooronderzoek op basis van de beschikbare informatie in het fiscaal dossier van de belastingplichtige, vraagt aanvullende informatie op aan de belastingplichtige en analyseert de voorgelegde documenten. Vervolgens bespreek je jouw vaststellingen met de belastingplichtige en zijn raadgevers. Je zet de nodige stappen om tot een correcte belastingheffing te komen met naleving van de geldende procedureregels.
- Je krijgt tijdens je stageperiode **de nodige ondersteuning en begeleiding** van een coach.
- Je **werkt samen met collega’s** gespecialiseerd in andere fiscale domeinen.
- Je bent gemotiveerd om je **kennis en expertise naar een hoger niveau te tillen**. Je krijgt hiervoor zowel basisopleidingen als meer gespecialiseerde opleidingen.
- Je bent **bereid je kennis up-to-date te houden en volgt de ontwikkelingen binnen je vakgebied** op de voet en deelt je kennis met collega’s.
- Je **beantwoordt op een correcte manier vragen** van vertegenwoordigers van ondernemingen en geeft hen de gewenste informatie.
- Je kan gevraagd worden om mee te werken aan **projecten, seminaries en internationale controle-opdrachten** over verrekenprijzen.
- Je krijgt **geleidelijk aan meer verantwoordelijkheden** en geeft na je eigen opleiding steeds meer en meer ondersteuning aan andere collega’s bij de afhandeling van hun dossiers.
Bij de uitoefening van deze functies kom je in contact met publiek.
**Werkgever**:
Er zijn **minimum 6 vacante plaatsen **bij de **Administratie Grote Ondernemingen (GO)** van de **Algemene Administratie van de Fiscaliteit (AAFisc)** van de** **FOD Financiën**.
De Nederlandstalige standplaatsen bevinden zich bij het **team controle van de centra GO Gent** en **GO Antwerpen** en bij het **team Transfer Pricing (TP)** **van het Centrum GO Beheer en Gespecialiseerde Controles in Brussel**.
De Administratie GO bestaat uit acht centra:
- zeven regionale centra (Antwerpen, Brugge, Brussel, Charleroi, Gent, Leuven/Hasselt en Luik)
- één Centrum GO Beheer & Gespecialiseerde controles in Brussel (BGC) dat bestaat uit de afdelingen Sectorcoördinatie, Beheer en Gespecialiseerde controles. De afdeling Gespecialiseerde controles bestaat uit volgende gespecialiseerde cellen: Verrekenprijzen, Btw-eenheden, Diverse taksen, Tax Shelter, Fusies en Splitsingen, Financiële sector en Expertise.
Al deze centra zijn bevoegd voor de volledige handhavingsstrategie GO gaande van fiscale controle tot compliance, alsook voor de behandeling van de administratieve en gerechtelijke geschillen.
De **Cel Verrekenprijzen **bestaat uit verschillende** teams Transfer Pricing (TP) **en is** **een kenniscentrum voor verrekenprijzen. Verrekenprijzen is een complexe, maar uitermate actuele materie die gaat over transacties tussen verbonden ondernemingen. Het is een hot topic voor multinationale bedrijven maar ook Belgische ondernemingen actief in het buitenland worden met deze materie geconfronteerd. De dienst controleert deze multinationale ondernemingen en vaste inrichtingen van buitenlandse ondernemingen in België over hun verrekenprijzen. Het team verleent eveneens bijstand aan de collega’s van de regionale centra GO die zich o.m. in het kader van groepscontroles met deze materie bezighouden.
De **centra GO Antwerpen en GO Gent** leggen bij hun controles de nadruk op het allesomvattend controleren van groepen van grote ondernemingen. Ze brengen daarbij alle interacties en bijhorende risico's binnen een groep van ondernemingen in kaart. Door alle individuele ondernemingen van een groep gelijktijdig te analyseren, is samenwerken met meerdere collega's heel erg belangrijk zodat ieder met zijn specialisatie, waaronder verrekenprijzen, kan bijdragen aan het nazicht van het dossier.
De **Administratie Grote Ondernemingen (GO)** is o.m. belast met het nazicht van de fiscale situatie van ondernemingen wat betreft inkomstenbelastingen, btw, met inkomstenbelastingen gelijkgestelde belastingen en diverse taksen voor de doelgroep GO. Er wordt zowel vanuit een nationale als internationale dimensie gewerkt, waarbij steeds meer de nadruk ligt op het controleren van groepen van ondernemingen.
