**Mission de la fo**nction**:
Fabrication de produits biopharmaceutiques en conformité avec les exigences de qualité internationales définies par la FDA, l'EMEA, l'ICH, etc.

L’opérateur du service batiment est un acteur dans la garantie apportée au client du respect des engagements de production et de la réputation de l’entreprise à travers l’exécution des actions garantissant un environnement de production nettoyé et contrôlé dans le respect des plannings, des normes de sécurité et de qualité requises.

Par son intervention et celle de ses collègues, il/elle œuvre à la réduction des risques de production.

**Contexte du poste et de la fonction**:

- Ce type d'installation doit se conformer aux règles et réglementations des BPF établies par les ministères de la santé et de la protection sociale des pays, ainsi qu'aux directives internationales.
- Les activités de production doivent être exécutées de manière efficace et efficiente pour assurer la compétitivité globale des sites. En outre, en raison de la valeur très élevée des produits intermédiaires et des produits, les activités de production doivent être exécutées de manière hautement contrôlée.
- Le contrôle des activités de production et la conformité aux règles, réglementations et directives cGMP sont essentiels pour l'adéquation des produits des clients et la licence d'exploitation du site. Les principaux contacts sont au sein de son propre département.

Réaliser le nettoyage des zones
Réaliser les désinfections des zones (peroxydations)
Réaliser les cycles de stérilisation (autoclave)
Collecter des déchets et gérer leur décontamination et évacuation du bâtiment
Réaliser des cycles de décontamination via l’autoclave
Réaliser des comptages particulaires
Réaliser des contrôles microbiologiques
Réaliser des tests d’intégrité des filtres
Réaliser des prises d’échantillons sur les fluides
Réaliser des lectures des sondes autonomes
Aider à la préparation des locaux : Installation des équipements
Participe aux réunions nécessaires à la fonction
Appliquer la politique 5S dans son équipe en assurant le status “propre et range” de l’environnement de travail
Respecter et faire respecter les normes de sécurité & biosécurité en vigueur
Assurer le respect des SOP et des normes GMP
Assurer le reporting relatif à l’état d’avancement des projets à la fréquence requise

Gérer des consommables Gérer les vêtements de zone (collecte des vêtements usagés, mise a disposition des vêtements propres) Gérer les stocks de proximité de manière appropriée

Assurer la traçabilité des opérations : complétions des check lists et documents de production en temps réel selon les bonnes pratiques documentaires Gérer et respecter les systèmes qualités en place: Revue et redaction des SOP et fiches montages, mise en place des CAPA, gestion des déviations, complétude des logbook et checklist, revision et compilation des dossiers de lot

Chaque collaborateur a la responsabilité de se maintenir en ordre de formation en rapport avec sa fonction. Assurer des missions périphériques dans le domaine de ses compétences, à la demande de sa hiérarchie.

Connai**ssances et niveau d'éducation**:

- Formation secondaire supérieure de type scientifique
- Expertise de plus de 3 ans en contrôle d’environnement GMP
- Français, maîtrise
- Anglais pratique
- Organisation
- Rigueur
- Suite MS Office (Word - Excel - Powerpoint)
- SAP

**Niveau d'expérience requis**:

- 5 années d’expérience probantes dans une activité similaire.
