Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships by driving customer loyalty, and promoting repeat business through our MediaMarkt Club loyalty program;
- Take ownership of MediaMarkt Club to continuously improve the experience and value of our 6,5 million MediaMarkt Club members in the Netherlands and Belgium;
- Set up effective omnichannel loyalty projects and execute them together with your team, like our MediaMarkt Club balloon event;
- Increase visibility of MediaMarkt Club within our channels;
- Optimize the customer journey of MediaMarkt Club in our stores, and online;
- Work closely together with our stores with frequent calls and visits to support them in engaging our customers to join our loyalty program;
- Analyze the numbers, and use them to highlight the value of loyal customers within the company;

**Who are you?**
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, commercial economics or equivalent;
- 3 years of experience in a marketing, customer base, loyalty or project management role;
- Focused on getting things done, self-starter, organizationally strong;
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and creative. You like to show initiative yourself not only for personal growth, but also for the company’s growth;
- Bringing your strategy and projects to fruition fuels your energy, contributing to the MediaMarkt customer experience and increasing the value of our loyal MediaMarkt Club members;
- Able to prioritize high-impact activities;
- Strong communicator and stakeholder management at all organizational levels;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, find insights and take data driven decisions to manage the loyalty program;
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French would be considered a plust;
