R & D Technician

In order to support our innovative projects, **NOVADIP-BIOSCIENCES **is actively looking for a R&D Technician

**Your Responsibilities**:

- You are in charge of activities related to the development and optimization of new experimental NOVADIP products:
- Management of planning and maintenance of cell cultures for R & D activities.
- Planning and implementation of R & D activities: manipulations, calculations, pre-analysis of results.
- Participation in meetings of the department and in the follow-up of current and future projects.
- Keeping of laboratory notebooks guaranteeing the preservation, interpretation and promotion of research results.
- Participation in the planning, organization and monitoring of activities carried out by subcontractors for R & D analyses.
- Controlling and maintaining the environment (equipment and facilities).
- Participation in the management and the ordering of reagents and consumables.
- Collaboration with other departments: according to the needs defined within the framework of a matrix organization, and this mainly within the framework of the relations between the operational departments.
- Establishment, checking, validation and implementation of procedures.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s in biotechnology / Applied Biology
- Hands on experience in cell culture and stem cell culture is mandatory.
- Hands on experience in analytical methods and bioassays oriented on QC testing is a strong asset.
- Experience in exosome production and characterization is preferred.
- Flexible, concerned about the quality of work and respectful of planning.
- Rigor and respect for procedures, analytical mind and excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of GLP and GMP procedures would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
