**Mission details**:
**Project**
- General administration support for SAP rollout project - Support plant along the process of SAP implementation (preparation workshops, testing, golive)
- **Plant Controlling**
- Fixed costs: Coordinate monthly operations (fixed cost allocation, spendings, timing of good receipts, timesheets,), support cost center owners in tracking spending, request manual entries to Arkema/Bostik Accounting SSC, informs Plant Manager & BU FP&A about overspending, explain UG allocation
- Production costs : Ensure bill of materials & routings remain unchanged over the year in order to properly analyze yield variances, consumptions are properly and timely recorded by operators in regards of Group closing schedule, calculate the fixed cost & depreciation to allocate to inventory according to Group policy, analyze product WAC variances, inform Operation Managers & BU FP&A about financial impacts related to manufacturing process, follow under/over absorption of fixed costs in inventory
- Stock valuation: Verify and validate the calculation of RM & FG standard costs, identify potential errors on RM cost evolution and communicate with purchasing team, organize/check and validate physical stocktakings (including spare parts) and book inventory variances, manages (analyze, adjust, validate) stock reserves (slow moving, quality, net realizable value)
- P&L: Analyze variations M/M-1, identify and correct any booking error, request manual entries
- Industrial investments: Follow spendings related to investment projects, communicate commissioning and fixed asset counting

**Business Controlling**
- Flash: Prepare estimation of P&L down to EBITDA on first working day
- Reporting:
1) Ensure reliability and relevance of financial data, which will be reported in consolidation tools by shared service center
- 2) Analyze monthly financial reporting with identification and explanation of key variations compared to Budget/prior year and forecasts and present to Plant Manager & BU FP&A, be main contact to external auditors
- 3) Prepare 3 months forecast in partnership with Business team
- 4) Provide Trade Working Capital Analysis: Inventory, Receivables, Overdues and work with Supply Chain on Inventory target definition & follow up
- 5) Develop relevant reports, tools & trackers to provide decision support and financial analyses to Business team- Budget & FY Forecast: Organize entity budget process, gather business assumptions, calculate activity rate, bills of materials and routings, analyze standard cost run, build N+1 fixed cost budget (cost center hierarchy, headcounts, salaries, maintenance expenses,), define common cost allocation key, analyze N+1 fixed cost evolution vs FY Forecast, elaborate folder to BU FP&A and load data in ERP

**Other Responsibilities**
- Support for the transfer price calculation according to Group policy
- Ensure the compliance and update of Delegation of commitments

**Profile required**:
You have a degree in economics and finance (Bachelor's, MBA / Master's) and at least 3 years' experience in audit/management control in a B-to-B environment, preferably in the chemical industry.
You have experience in manufacturing: finance, capital and cost accounting.
You will have strong analytical skills and experience of continuous training.
You have advanced skills in the Office pack (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), knowledge of SAP and Microsoft AX is an advantage.
You have excellent communication skills in a multi-functional and multinational environment.
You are flexible, responsive and able to adapt to change.

Given the international dimension of the Group, a good level of English is required.

Driving License mandatory.
