Of het nu gaat over digitale marketing, het leveren van producten en service op maat, het nemen van tactische en strategische beslissingen, het opvolgen van onze performance,data spelen hierin meer en meer een cruciale rol. De Belfius strategie 2020 - 2025 heeft een aantal belangrijke “data driven” investeringsprogramma’s gelanceerd.
- Transformatie van ons salesforce in “Digital Enabled Bankers” ;
- “Core Banking Renewal” van het credit originating proces ;
- Setup van een “New Corporate Data Platform” voor data analytics & reporting ;
- 4e Data Reporting,

Wij zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste data specialisten die de lead willen nemen in deze programma’s in samenwerking met de collega’s bij Risk, ICM, PRB, WEP, Customer Data Analytics, IT....

Missie:

- Je begrijpt de business waarmee je werkt; probeert tot in de kern te begrijpen met welke data vragen en uitdagingen zij precies zitten; geeft aanbevelingen aan het management en zorgt voor het feature design van de nieuwe ideeën en business requirements ;
- Vervolgens neem je de lead in de realisatie van het project : vastleggen van prioriteiten en milesstones, voortgang evalueren en feedback verzorgen aan diverse steerings ;
- Je komt terecht in een ambitieuze en inclusieve data community waarin je door middel van coaching en vorming kan groeien in jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling en als data expert. Binnen Belfius bouw je jouw netwerk uit en kan je carrière verder uitbouwen.

- Expertise in data projecten, analytical / reporting tooling of digital marketing ;
- Evaring in Big data technologie ;
- Universitaire of gelijkwaardige opleiding ;
- Uitstekende communicatieve skills in het Frans of Nederlands (met een goede kennis van het Engels).
