Dans le cadre du large processus de digitalisation de ses activités, AXA Belgium traite un volume de données de plus en plus important, et offre des services digitaux de plus en plus complets à ses clients et partenaires. Tout ceci prend forme dans des environnements de plus en plus orientés Cloud (AWS / Azure). Dans ce contexte, il est essentiel de s’assurer que le traitement de toutes ces informations se fasse de manière sécurisée pour nos clients, nos courtiers, nos partenaires et nos collaborateurs.
Dans ce contexte,AXA Belgium continue donc de renforcer son équipe IT Security. Nous recherchons actuellement plusieurs IT Security Specialists pour assumer des rôles essentiels dans les domaines suivants : Identity & Access Management (IAM), Application Security, et Infrastructure Security.
Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, l’IT Security Specalist travaillera en direct avec le CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) d’AXA Belgium et collaborera étroitement avec le département IT Belgium ainsi qu’à un niveau international avec AXA Group Global Security Services.
Votre fonction
- En tant qu’IT Security Specialist, vous êtes en charge d’établir les guidelines et les best practice
s à respecter dans les différents domaines de l’IT Security
- Vous êtes désireux de prendre en charge un large éventail de projets
liés au domaine de la sécurité IT et de voir vos responsabilités évoluer
- Vous souhaitez vous développer et diversifier vos compétences techniques
tout en travaillant de manière autonome
- Vous restez à jour sur les dernières technologies
dans le domaine de l’IT Security
- Vous vous occuperez de la révision des rôles et responsabilité, définirez des directives et les communiquerez aux équipes Business et IT à travers toute l'organisation
- Vous identifiez de manière proactive les lacunes éventuelles et formulez des plans d'action
avec différentes équipes afin de remédier aux problèmes le cas échéant.
- Vous identifiez, facilitez et mettez en œuvre n'importe quelle opportunité d'amélioration de processus afin d’en augmenter l'efficacité.
- Vous participez activement à maintenir la collaboration avec différentes entités (équipes IT locales mais aussi internationales)
- Vous réalisez et/ou coordonnez des assessements de la sécurité IT, et vous rédigez des rapports sur les risques de sécurité et vous mettez en place des mesures correctives sur base d’éléments concrets émanant de notre environnement IT.
**Votre Profil**
En tant qu’IT Security Specialist, vous présentez le profil suivant:
- Idéalement, vous avez un Master en IT et/ou Cybersecurity
- Vous avez au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’IT Security (IAM, Applications Security ou Infrastructure Security)
- Vous disposez d’une bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs projets
de front, et vous avez une vision stratégique des aspects liés à la sécurité
- Vous travaillez en toute autonomie et vous exécutez plusieurs tâches en même temps
- Vous avez le sens du détail
et faites preuve d'une grande éthique dans votre travail
- Vous résolvez les problèmes et vous avez un excellent esprit d'analyse
- La connaissance d'ISO 27001
constitue un atout supplémentaire
- Vous parlez couramment anglais ainsi qu’une des deux langues nationales (français/néerlandais)
