- Processing revenue invoicing and maintaining customer master data using Amfori CRM software.
- Supporting the cash collection process, including managing reminders and follow-up.
- Communicating with customers in English, both orally and in writing.
- Recording bank statements and reconciling customer accounts.
- Collaborating with the Membership Administration department regarding the customer journey (onboarding, resignation, etc.).

You have an educational background or initial professional experience as a customer service or accounting assistant. You are fluent in English and French.
You are knowledgeable in standard accounting and CRM software; experience with BOB is a plus.
- You possess strong skills in mathematics, typing, and computer usage. You have also excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- You work with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability, paying attention to detail and using good common sense.
- You have the ability to work independently and build relationships with clients and internal departments, with a strong team spirit and eagerness to learn.
