Within the **Technology & Strategy team **we are looking for an **IT Architect **to join the team. The IT Architect translates (in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and supported by the IT Application MSA) the strategic objectives of the company into an IT transformation roadmap, defines and owns the End-to-End IT architecture and facilitates the realization of it by defining the guiding principles and framework(s), providing advice and insights to choose and design the best solution.

**Your key roles & responsibilities**
- You proactively translate (in close collaboration with internal stakeholders) the strategic objectives of Wyre into an IT transformation roadmap and develops a long-term vision on the future of the Wyre IT landscape in terms of modernization and rationalization and way of working, this considering budgetary considerations, impact across the different Wyre teams and market evolution and advocates this strategy towards relevant stakeholders.
- You refine the architecture by defining the critical non-functional requirements (e.g.: privacy, performance, Chinese Walls, data compliance, stability & availability), determining the essential steps in collaboration with the Business Navigation Teams (such as e.g. migration plans, processes, frameworks, tooling, blueprints and/or migration paths) that should be taken to complete these initiatives successfully.

**Our ideal IT architect**:

- You have a master's degree in a business or technology domain or comparable experience and have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- English is key, Dutch and/or French is an asset.
- You are experienced in making technical, impact and functional analyses and developing/configuring (new) cost-efficient solutions, after gathering and managing the requirements from different stakeholders.
- You have strong analytical skills with conceptual thinking skills.
- You have a strong knowledge of business & operational processes combined with expertise in certain technical domains (IT and/or network), good understanding of related best practices, structure and products.
- You are fluent in use of standard architecture methodology, relevant industry standards and specific technique/language.
- You map and encourage positive impact of changes, the collaboration with partners and/or the internal organization. You anticipate and/or identify improvement proposals, opportunities, issues, risks,...
- You have experience in stakeholder management. You can collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders by building long-term relationships.
- You possess effective communication skills, ensuring messages are conveyed accurately and tailored to the targeted audience with impact.
- You have a can-do mentality, can prioritize activities, and possess strong project management skills, combined with a pragmatic approach.
- You can see things from a broad perspective (“helicopter vision”). You have at least interest in the telecommunication sector. Having familiarity with the telecommunications landscape, HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax), or FTTH is a plus.
