**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**

Als Junior Legal Counsel ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van arbeidsrechtprocedures en ondersteun je de People & Culture afdeling door arbeidsrechtelijk advies te geven aan het bedrijf en de P&C Community.

Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je geeft advies over de arbeidswetgeving voor Business & People&Culture om de naleving van de wet te garanderen
- Je beheert alle People & Culture-sjablonen (arbeidscontracten, waarschuwingen, beëindigingen, alle soorten relevante P&C-contracten) om te voldoen aan de wettelijke vereisten
- Je ondersteunt de procedures voor arbeidsrechtzaken
- Je organiseert de nodige trainingen voor managers en P&C-collega's

**Wat neem je mee**

Bovenal ben je gepassioneerd door arbeidsrecht en je hebt minstens 1 jaar relevante werkervaring.

Daarnaast beschik je ook over de volgende kwaliteiten:

- Je beschikt over een Master in Recht, bij voorkeur arbeidsrecht.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend in het Nederlands, Frans en het Engels;
- Je hebt hoge analytische vaardigheden en sterke sociale competentie
- Je kan complexe juridische kwesties eenvoudig uit te leggen
- Je bent stressbestendig en je hebt goede overtuigingskracht
