We are looking for a Watch Analyst to join the Content Team within our Intellectual Property segment. This role will report to the Manager, Search Analysis and will be based in Antwerp.
This is an amazing opportunity to help conduct trademark monitoring and analysis on specialized databases to produce Watch reports for our clients.
If you are fluent in Dutch, French and English with some experience communicating with customers, we would love to speak with you.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments- 6 months -1 year of experience in a business/customer focused environment- Bachelor's degree in related field or at least 4 years of equivalent relevant experience- Fluency in Dutch, French and English required
It would be great if you also had...- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet).- Experience communicating directly with customers- Additional languages will be considered an advantage (particularly Spanish, Italian or and German).
What will you be doing in this role?- Provide customer service support to Watch customers- Ensure that qualitative Watch reports are produced for CompuMark clients- Assure accurate maintenance of clients’ Watch portfolios- Successfully complete applicable training to learn all job-relevant systems and information- Maintain an active understanding of the intellectual property (IP) industry, and grow knowledge of relevant technologies/services/industry events to improve personal skills and gain a better understanding of customer needs.

Hours of Work
This is a full-time permanent position based in Antwerp, Belgium.
This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
