We are offering a challenging QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) Coordinator function to support all quality management activities in our Sea/Air/Road Logistics Departments. ** Your Role**: The QSHE Coordinator organizes and maintain all existing certifications, quality process controls, KPIs, and reporting processes within the Sea/Air/Road Logistics Departments to meet both internal and external requirements and customer’s expectations. This by supporting all department heads, managers, and their customers as required
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Implement, develop and create awareness and positive acceptance of the QSHE and Healthcare standards, and ensure adherence throughout the organization to achieve customer satisfaction,
- Identify strategic weak points of the QSHE system and development of improvement measures,
- Participate at regular inspections, audits (in
- and external) and client assessments & Review and audit operational QSHE processes/structures,
- Follow the internal quality systems by performing internal audits and self
- inspections,
- Verify the use and effectiveness of these QSHE processes according to KN regulations and client requirements,
- Monitor updates/adjustments of all Working Instructions in the different departments according to QM & GXP Standards,
- Support Quality Management Review (QMR’s) meetings according to the certified standards,
- Maintain Cluster KN Docs Document Management System and align with Business on updates for documents,
- Track the Non-Conformity System, promote the generation, analysis, and reporting,
- Coordinate GFCC (Global Facility Carbon Calculator) Reporting for logistics Forwarding Cluster in cooperation with appointed Environmental Champion,

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Work experience of at least 2 years in a QSHE related position
- Occupational Health and Safety Advisor level 2 ( if available)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint )
- Very good verbal and written knowledge of English and Dutch required. French language is an asset
- Quality and/or regulatory knowledge in a healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
- Knowledge of ISO & GDP standards, common safety and health regulations, and procedures
- Strong affinity with required customer quality standards
- Ability to communicate and negotiate on all levels, both internal and external
