Mobile Upholsterer

**About Upholstery2u**:
Upholstery2u (U2U) are a growing and reputable company from the UK who repair upholstery on gym equipment from our fleet of mobile workshops. All repairs are done at the gym to reduce the time the machine is out of service. We are rapidly expanding across Europe and have just opened a new office in Rotterdam. Currently we have upholstery teams doing work for the major gym chains and equipment suppliers across Benelux and Germany.

**About the Job**:
You will be part of a 2 person team traveling around gyms in the Benelux region in a mobile workshop van. You will remove the damaged pads from the machines and repair them on an industrial sewing machine in the van. It is fully equipped with all the tools you need to carry out repairs to a high standard. Full training will be given by our experienced upholstery team so previous sewing or upholstery experience is great but not essential. You may be required to stay in a hotel occasionally.
- Monday - Friday working days
- 40 hours a week
- Extra work on evenings and at weekends (overtime) - optional

**Resonsibilities**
- Repair gym upholstery
- Update our job management system using a phone app
- Ensure the gym manager is happy with the service you have provided
- Keep your van clean and well maintained
- Be a good ambassador for the company

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English is essential
- Experience of industrial sewing machines and upholstery is good but not essential
- Full driving license preferred but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Hard working and self-motivated
