Jij, een echte specialist in gastvrijheid, die zowel de collega’s als onze gasten weet te verassen met je oplossingsgerichte en creatieve mind set en manier van werken. Jij bent ons visitekaartje en eenmaal kennis met jou gemaakt betekent dat we fan van je zijn. Jij bent een echte gastheer/-vrouw en begrijpt dat het bij het welkom dat jij de gasten heet, niet stopt Dus jij gaat verder waar anderen ophouden, jij zorgt voor de “the extra (s)mile”.

Jij maakt deel uit van een enthousiast compact team in een platte organisatie structuur, waar je de mogelijkheid hebt om zeer zelfstandig te werken, veel te leren en gewoon lekker jezelf te zijn. Hoe leuk en afwisselend is het om het ene moment de verantwoordelijk te nemen voor een onvergetelijk en heerlijk ontbijt, de gasten aan de bar van een kopje koffie voorziet en enthousiast maakt met allemaal leuke weetjes over de stad Antwerpen en als je langs de vaatwasser loopt deze even een slinger geeft. Met jou in ons team hebben we die ‘spin in het web’, maar ook die ambassadeur voor de stad Antwerpen met passie voor hospitality te pakken.

**Werkzaamheden**:

- Jij zorgt voor een aangename en positieve werksfeer, waarin alle gasten en collega’s jouw “Hamptonality” ervaren.
- Jij weet onze gasten keer op keer te verrassen met jouw vrolijke glimlach en persoonlijkheid, hoe vroeg het ook is.
- Vroeg in de ochtend zorg jij dat het ontbijtbuffet er picco bello uitziet en dat het tot het einde van het ontbijt ook zo blijft.
- Jij ontvangt onze gasten met een gemeende glimlach in het restaurant, begeleid ze naar het buffet en tussendoor geef jij ook nog een korte uitleg over het ontbijt, dat bij Hampton aan alle hotelgasten wordt aangeboden. Eet smakelijk
- Het bereiden van eenvoudige (warme) ontbijtgerechten;
- Afruimen en schoonmaken van tafels;
- Verzorgen van mise en place voor zowel het ontbijt als de lunch
- en avondkaart;
- Opruimen/schoonmaken van het restaurant en werkruimten;
- Voorraad controleren en bestellingen doorgeven of verzorgen.
- Beheersen van de brand standards en deze toepassen en naleven is belangrijk. In jouw rol binnen ons team ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het toepassen alsmede bewaken van de vereiste brand standards.
- Bewaken, controleren en toepassen van de HACCP en allergenen wetgeving.
- Jij bent een kei als het gaat om het nastreven van onze targets Gemotiveerd en gedreven als het gaat om het behalen van onze doelstellingen zoals gast tevredenheid, Hamptonality, Hilton Honors loyalty, extra verkoop in onze bar/restaurant. Dit uiteraard met inachtneming van de kosten want we willen natuurlijk wel resultaat zien van onze inzet.
