**Role Responsibilities**:
- Developing and managing large cross functional initiatives related to regulatory compliance.
- Project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Rolling out regulatory compliance requirements in partnership with Product, Marketing, Employee Success, Enablement and IT by translating policies and standards into procedures and guidelines.
- Developing and delivering cross-functional training on regulatory compliance obligations.
- Monitoring business compliance with established regulatory compliance requirements.
- Partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, Employee Success, and IT to build and monitor new operational practices across the Company to ensure adherence to program requirements.
- Maintaining metrics and controls for the program.
- Delivering executive level communications regarding the program.
- Assistance with content creation for Salesforce’s strategic regulatory compliance messaging.
- Develop positive, strong, and collaborative relationships with multiple cross-functional partners across Salesforce to accelerate the team's effectiveness and ability to deliver through complex, cross-functional tasks.
**Qualifications and Experiences**:
- 3+ years of direct experience in operations and/or technology services roles.
- Must be organized and possess a high level of understanding of regulatory compliance and operations (or strong willingness to learn about it).
- Strong project planning and management skills; ability to break down complex problems into manageable goals.
- Self-starter, results oriented, entrepreneurial style
- Strong customer-service orientation toward internal clients and external customers.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills; able to communicate and effectively influence outcome at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelors degree, Masters Degree a plus
- Global Regulatory knowledge, e.g. DORA and expanding EU AI laws
- Sense of humor
