**About the role**:
The **External Warehouses & Internal Packaging Responsible** leads the supervision of 2 external warehouses and effectively manage the Internal Packaging & Suprises Warehouse managed on site.

**Main Responsabilities**:
**Warehouse**
- Responsible for planning and supervising the **operations **for 2 **external warehouses** managed via 3PL’s (Finished Products, Raw Materials, Packaging & Surprises - for a total of 32.000 pallet positions capacity)
- Responsible for planning and execution of the I**nternal Packaging & Surprises Warehouse**:

- Plan and communicate in advance the long and short term **capacity requirements **based on the Factory production plan
- Maintain a positive relationships with 3PL’s
- **Analyse performances **of each individual 3PL, defining and sharing an action plan in case of issues
- Coordinate the **Inventory Count** activities as per the Group standards
- Ensure the **destruction, freshness and obsolescenc**e process
- **Optimize and improve** service and cost levels, and work with inventory team to ensure product lifecycle management and adherence to inventory management strategies
- Ensure an accurate **Pallets Management** flows
- Work as the pivot point of communication within the organization

**Administrative and Compliance**
- Plan and ensure the **administrative tasks** (Inbound document check, controls and records, ) are being completed accurately and on time
- Ensure the compliancy with all the Assessments (Quality, Environment, Safety)
- Ensure all the required documents/evidences, related to the external warehouses, are upload on **AEDO **as per Principle Model, respecting the deadlines
- Support and follow any **Group audit** (Quality, GRC, external and central) related to external warehouses

**Performance Management and Quality**
- Prepare and discuss periodically **Performance Evaluation** (internal and external “customers”)
- Monitoring **temperature, humidity and pest control** reports as per Group Quality standards

**Financial**
- Prepare data and lead discussions for financial reviews related to own operation
- Raise and control investment requirements (**CAPEX**) for the area
- Prepare, analyses and share a monthly **cost control tracking** (Actual vs Planned)
- **Guarantee the monthly invoices control**

**People**
- **Supervise and support the team** to achieve the expected results
- Contribute to the team **motivation and individual development**:

- Prepare and execute **performance evaluation **and feedbacks

**Project contribution**
- Alongside with the Supply Chain Development area and Department Managers, actively contribute to **continuous improvement** initiatives and implementation of projects
- Identify opportunities for **service excellence**, continuous improvement, and innovation within the 3PL relationships

**Who we are looking for**:
**Knowledge and Experience**
- Previous experience in SC (Warehousing and Transportation, Vendors Management)
- Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics Management
- Experience in Budget / Costing / Administrative processes
- Knowledge SAP ERP
- People's Management
- Experience in Audit process / Quality
- Food Industry background
- Enthusiastic, accurate, independent, and assertive
- Strong Leadership, Organizational, Planning, Interpersonal, communication and Negotiation skills
- Health and safety focused
- French and English is mandatory
