Description**
- Within the insurance arm of our client you will be working in the Claims - Legal Aid department. They assist the victim to claim a fair compensation from the liable party or to find a solution for the legal problem our client is facing;
- Because they offer a wide range of products (car, fire, family, exploitation,...), you come into contact with different areas of the law: liability law, contractual disputes, property related damages and many more. So you can put your legal knowledge into practice;
- Also on a personal level you can further develop your talents. Our client likes to support its employees and encourages them to develop themselves further;
- Together with your colleagues you are responsible for a customer-oriented and pragmatic handling of your own files with the ultimate goal: a satisfied client. With a proactive approach that shows creativity and initiative, you take all the necessary steps to find a solution for our client, either amicably or through legal proceedings. You will define the strategy in close consultation with the insured and his/her agent, who will keep you regularly informed of the evolution of his/her case.
**Profile**
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or can demonstrate equivalent experience;
- You are Dutch-speaking and have sufficient basic knowledge of the other national language to be able to work fluently;
- You can easily establish telephone contacts with the various parties involved and communicate in writing in an understandable and customer-friendly manner;
- You have a positive attitude, are proactive and think in terms of solutions;
- You take concrete initiatives to improve the customer experience: together with your colleagues you are constantly and creatively looking for new opportunities to help victims even better and to improve our internal work processes;
- You can work both in a team and independently, where good personal organization is obviously important ;
- A first work experience in the insurance sector is a plus but not a must As a school leaver you are certainly welcome
