With its expansion and big plans Hawaiian Poké Bowl is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technology Field Expert for our brand new headquarters in Antwerp.

FUNCTION:  

The function consists of 2 different aspects 

Operational 
- Install, maintain and let evolve tools (software mainly, but also some hardware) for Hawaiian teams and collaborators 
- As well on the field (26 restaurants and warehouse) as on Headquarters 
- Fix issues and manage operational tasks related to technology 
- Manage new locations creation and set-up as well as new collaborators  

 Projects 
- As field expert, take part into technology / IT projects aiming at transforming and optimizing the tools we use 
- Continuously let evolve digital channels (web, app but also on-field: kiosk and POS system) 
- Take learnings and experience from the operational part to propose and lead quick-win's and projects 

 

REQUIRED PROFILE FOR THIS POSITION:  
- You are a problem solver, pragmatic and able to work hands-on (also on the field) 
- You are a team-player and bring solutions to the rest of the company 
- You can manage stress and multiple requests, and then set and explain priorities and keep positive contacts with multiple stakeholders 
- You are able to work independently as well as to make decisions and initiate actions that are within your scope 
- You have experience in the Horeca sector, working with POS systems in multiple locations (or similar) 
- You work easily with MS Office tools, as a user and ideally also as an administrator 
- You adapt easily to your (internal) customers: in French or Dutch, you go on location when needed, listen to problems, propose solutions and keep stakeholders informed
