For **the Business Unit Marketing & Sales **located in Brussels we are currently looking for a **Senior Functional Analyst (F/M/X)**
**YOUR CHALLENGE as a Senior Functional Analyst**
- Within our Agile organization, you are part of a multidisciplinary team (Marketeers, Analysts, Process Engineers, ), you act as **the ‘bridge’** between the business-profiles and technical-profiles
- As **functional** **point of contact** you **analyze and translate requirements and processes** into specifications. You **propose end-to-end solutions as a team**, that meet the customer needs and are cost-efficient
- Via an iterative/ adaptable approach you challenge the requirements and specifications, and via **MVP way of working** you ensure rapid time to market and immediate value-creation
- You **monitor & analyze incidents and defects** and identify the necessary actions to resolve them, you execute tests in collaboration with other teams and colleagues
**YOUR PROFILE as a Sr functional Analyst**:
- Master or equal through experience.
- At least 5 year experience (preferably in utilities or retail)
- Strong **analytical capabilities** and ability to detect/assess dependencies.
- Active listener, you think and act with **a customer-centric mindset.**:
- Facilitator in meetings and you feel confident to deliver presentations in a group.
- Agile mindset with strong planning & organisational skills to work against deadlines (sprints).
- You’re fluent in English. You speak Dutch and/or French.
- You have a strong safety and environmental awareness. You always take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues
