Our client is one of the world’s largest integrated manufacturers of building materials and solutions, with leading market positions in aggregates, cement, and ready-mixed concrete. To ensure their continuous success and to further strengthen their Finance Department for the Benelux, they are currently searching for an enthusiastic GL Accountant on a temporary base.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Create new contracts, change IO’s of existing contracts if needed and stop contracts
- Post IFRS16 during closing cycle, Check IFRS16 accounts, Check IFRS16 BI versus SAP
- Post the numbers in the ‘Data Analytics’ tool for those companies in which we have a participation
- Accounting of a specific small company (participation 100% of us)
- Local Taxes
- Coding of the invoices in the system for invoices processing
- Cement Certificate
- Do posting during closing cycle
- Put coding on invoices (invoices processing system)
- Logistics
- Change the assignments in the GL account
- Sending mails with overview at month end and do necessary postings
- Answer the questions from the External Auditors
- Check if salaries have been loaded into SAP
- Closing
- Petty Cash of plant, Stocks for a given plant
- Post electricity journal sent by controller of cement plant, journals for IT, accrual of insurance, accrual of Febelcem
- Update Headcount in system for Closing and forecast.
- CRIC & Febelcem
- Back-up accountant GL HR

**Jouw profiel**:

- Good knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Good knowledge of IFRS16
- At least few years proven experience in tax and statutory accounting (preferably in multinational environments).
- Degree in accountancy (master's or bachelor's).
