**Jouw functie**
- Je staat in voor het dagelijkse beheer en coördinatie van het Quality Control labo. Hierbij volg je de Quality Control processen in het labo en bij productie op zodat de product kwaliteit geborgd wordt, er tijdig gereageerd wordt op eventuele afwijkingen en het eindproduct tijdig naar de klant kan vertrekken.
- Je volgt nauwgezet de correcte uitvoering van alle labo-analyses op.
- Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Quality Manager.
**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van alle QC-processen zodat de kwaliteit van het eindproduct en van de toegepaste processen gegarandeerd is om te voldoen aan de verwachtingen en eisen van de klant.
- Je staat in voor de validatie van de QC-resultaten opgeleverd door het QC-labo waarbij je product vrijgeeft voor verkoop of blokkeert in de stock.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning van de laboranten en de continuïteit van het labo.
- Je voorziet opleidingstrajecten voor nieuwe labomedewerkers en zorgt voor de nodige begeleiding.
- Je zorgt voor regelmatige feedback, geeft toolboxen en organiseert de evaluatiegesprekken met het labopersoneel.
- Je zorgt voor tijdige en correcte communicatie tussen het labo en andere departementen (Productie, Supply Chain, R&D,).
- Je verzorgt rapportering van QC KPI’s en vertegenwoordigt het labo in productie ochtendmeetings.
- Je ondersteunt en respecteert het veiligheidssysteem.

**Vereiste studies**:
- Professioneel (gerichte) bachelor (PBA)
- gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
**Werkervaring**:
- Minstens 2 jaar ervaring
