Dans le cadre de leur plan de croissance ambitieux, visant à ouvrir 5 nouveaux établissements par an à l'international, ils recherchent un(e) Contrôleur.se de Gestion audacieux(se) et visionnaire, prêt(e) à évoluer vers le poste de CFO à terme.

Pour notre client, nous recherchons un(e) Contrôleur.se de Gestion dynamique qui se voit devenir le.la futur CFO de l'entreprise. Dans ce rôle, vous devrez prendre en charge les tâches suivantes:
- Préparer les rapports financiers mensuels et annuels.
- Proposer des améliorations aux processus et systèmes pour optimiser la performance financière.
- Soutenir les analyses de rentabilité des prix et des ventes.
- Superviser les approbations des factures et gérer les demandes financières de tous les départements.
- Assurer la production de rapports statutaires et la conformité aux obligations fiscales.
- Agir en tant que principal intermédiaire financier pour les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Fournir des conseils financiers stratégiques aux fondateurs et au reste de l'équipe de direction.

Vous évoluerez dans une atmosphère de startup en pleine croissance, où l'adaptabilité et le pragmatisme sont essentiels. Au-delà des pratiques financières conventionnelles, notre client est à la recherche de quelqu'un de désireux d'innover et de faire progresser l'organisation.
Assurez-vous de correspondre aux prérequis suivants:
- Master en Administration des Affaires, en Comptabilité, en Finance, ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente.
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans des postes de gestion financière, tels que l'audit interne, le contrôle de gestion ou la direction comptable.
- De solides capacités analytiques et de communication.
- Maîtrise d'Excel, des outils de reporting financier et une expérience significative avec le système ERP Odoo.
- Un style de travail proactif et autonome, avec une approche flexible et adaptable.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Capacité à rester précis(e) sous pression et à maintenir une forte concentration analytique.
- Un vif intérêt pour l'industrie du divertissement et des loisirs.
