**Job Description** What will you be doing**:

- You welcome and advise our customers so that we can meet their needs and offer them the best possible experience.
- You develop sales by offering our mobility products and services in a personalised way
- You take part in the administrative management of our branch and the logístical management of our fleet What you need to succeed:

- You have a results-oriented culture and will do everything in your power to achieve your objectives
- You are passionate about customer relations and business
- You have experience in sales or service
- You have a strong team spirit
- You are fluent in French and in English - any other languages would be a strong asset
- You have a valid driving licence

**Qualifications** What we expect from you**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect easily.
- Fluent proficiency in French and English, additional languages are a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (B)
- Willingness to work on weekends.
- Minimum of mbo+ level of education and thinking.

As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet. As part of a team, it is easier to explain our products, find the best solution for the customer and manage the day-to-day business.
