The Business Analyst role is within the department of IT Data, Performance and Reporting, and more specifically within the Core Data Foundation Team. The objective of this Team is to support all IT Data and Reporting initiatives that are levaraging the Client Dataplatform by integrating all required data, set-up of automatized quality rules, enrich with metrics and exposing the data via data visualization/consultation and reporting tools towards the Business Service lines. The respective role will mainly focus on the Data Integration stream, but will be also be required to perform activities on the other streams.

Role description

Drive Business workshops to collect and to analyze the Data Integration requirements
Create the specifications for the IT delivery teams and follow-up the delivery with the developers
Perform system and functional integration testing
Support the Business during the User Acceptance Testing phases
Align with the IT source dependencies

Profile

Master in Finance or IT
**Industry Experience**: Asset Management industry
**Functional Experience**: Data projects, Cloud Transformation, Data Lake, Data Warehouse etc.
**Technology Experience**: SQL, MS Office package, Tracking tool (Azure DevOps or equivalent with Jira/HP ALM etc.)
**Soft Skills**: Data Driven fluency, Pro-active, Flexible, Can-Do mentality, autonomous
