**MISSION
We seek an experienced and dedicated SAP consultant to join our team at Univercells

As SAP consultant, you will work as team lead in a group of 5 affiliated companies.

Your mission will encompass understanding business requirements, configuring SAP systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of SAP solutions into our organization.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Incident management: you analyze and troubleshoot issues reported. You ensure appropriate root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive action according to internal procedure.
- Service request: you provide support to end-user according to SLA and identify potential new feature request or change request.
- Change request: you analyze and understand business requirements to translate them into functional specifications. You help the business to define and create their requirements.
- Change Request: you coordinate cross-team activities ensuring the delivery of the change within the defined scope, budget and planning. You are the project lead for change request implementation.
- You test the correction of incident, customizing change and new features in test environments prior UAT execution.
- You participate in the creation of test scripts - UAT.
- End-User training: you develop and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new SAP features, changes, or correction.
- SAP S/4HANA Configuration: you leverage your knowledge of SAP S/4HANA to configure and customize the system, ensuring it aligns with the business needs. Your scope of business processes covers at least production planning and procurement functional areas but also other areas like procurement, sales and logistic.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Technology, etc.).
- Proven experience as an SAP Consultant or Analyst, with a focus on ERP processes.
- Knowledge of SAP modules related to production planning is a must.
- Knowledge or strong curiosity on the Procurement, Sales or Logistic SAP processes
- Experience working in a regulated industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA or related modules is a plus.
- Role shared between 3 sites (Brussels, Jumet, Nívelles).
