Group Project Manager Equipment

As a Group Project Manager Equipment, you will lead projects being involved from the get to go for our different plants of the BU Frozen (current and future). You will:
- define the scope of the project based on the briefing from the business
- translate the scope into detailed concept design of the required equipment and technics capacity
- coordinate the execution of the project together with the local team till commissioning and hand over with an important focus on safety aspects.
You will follow the progress of the projects within BU Frozen and report on this to the Group Project Manager Equipment. In case of deviations, You will take all necessary actions in order to get back to the targets of the projects.
You set forward the Best Practices in project management and enforce them throughout the organization.
You are responsible for the financial report of the project.
Our International Engineering team is responsible of the investments projects (Capex) : Both Green Field and Expansion projects of our existing plants on international level. The scope of the Investments projects are Buildings, Technics and Equipments; from the concept to the execution and hand-over to our local team after commissioning.
- You hold a Master’s degree in industrial engineering (electrical and mechanical)
- You have a first experience of minimum 3 years in this function
- You are interested on technic and production process
- You are practical with a pragmatic approach
- You have important communication skills and you like to work in team
- Empathy is an important value for you
- You are resistant to stress, perseverant and results oriented
- Knowledge of English is a must
- Traveling is requested (25%-50% of time) according to the need
