**Wat doe jij om mee te bouwen aan het succes van Agoria?**:
Als onze nieuwe collega help je de reputatie en de positionering van Agoria en zijn leden tot stand te brengen, te versterken en te ondersteunen op gewestelijk, federaal en Europees niveau. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de relatie van Agoria met overwegend Nederlandstalige media, om nieuws te verspreiden of toe te lichten en je bent ook in staat om last minute boodschappen aan te passen of bij te sturen.

Wat hoort nog bij de verantwoordelijkheden?
- Systematisch overleg met stakeholders om hun standpunt m.b.t. actuele gebeurtenissen/debatten/politieke besprekingen te verduidelijken en af te stemmen;
- Proactief advies/coaching/training geven aan interne stakeholders m.b.t. de beste manier om met vertegenwoordigers van de pers om te gaan;
- Onderdompelen en inzicht verwerven in omvangrijke beleidskwesties en deze op een heldere en begrijpelijke manier overbrengen
- Je coördineert alle aspecten van de externe communicatie om ervoor te zorgen dat de standpunten en het imago van Agoria op de gewenste manier bij het beoogde doelpubliek worden overgebracht;
- Legt en onderhoudt contact met de pers en andere belangrijke opiniemakers zodat de standpunten van de organisatie actief en ten volle worden vertegenwoordigd;
- Mee zorgen voor de consistentie van het imago en de boodschappen van Agoria;
- Helpt de experts van onze organisatie te trainen en voor te bereiden op hun optreden in de media en houdt hen op de hoogte van de actualiteit;
- Op de voet opvolgen van de berichtgeving over Agoria en zijn leden in de media door een uitgebreid persoverzicht bij te houden;
- Je bezorgt de interne stakeholders op regelmatige basis een kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve analyse van de persresultaten;
- Op de hoogte blijven van de ontwikkelingen op het vlak van communicatie en marketing;
- Je past nieuwe kennis toe op de public relations om de geloofwaardigheid van Agoria op een innovatieve manier te versterken.

**Wie zoeken wij?**:

- Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding in public relations of journalistiek/communicatie of relevante ervaring;
- Gebeten door de actualiteit, met een sterke focus op de technologie
- en productiesector;
- De politieke en sociaal-economische structuren van ons land hebben geen geheimen voor jou;
- Je kan al vertrouwen op een netwerk in het medialandschap en je legt gemakkelijk contact met nieuwe stakeholders;
- Vlotte en overtuigende pen en je kan complexe onderwerpen omzetten in duidelijke en begrijpelijke standpunten of analyses;
- Teamplayer en je kan meerdere mediakanalen managen;
- Je kan omgaan met verschillende profielen, van experts tot C-level executives, en je voelt je daarbij op jouw gemak;
- Stressbestendig en je kan werken onder grote tijdsdruk;
- Nauwgezet ingesteld en je werkt gestructureerd;
- Tweetalig Nederlands/Frans en je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Initiatief nemen en regelmatig met eigen voorstellen komen om proactief te communiceren, met een 360°-blik.
