- Yonderland is strengthening its International Supply Chain team with a Logistics Improvement Coordinator role. The Logistics Improvement Coordinator will support our 3 Business Units with the implementation of our new WMS solution, improving their Logistics Business Processes, setup of our WMS Center-of-Excellence at group level as well as installing a culture of continuous improvement in logistics.

Relevant experience in business transformation projects:

- Experience in Reporting and Managing Issues, Risks and Change logs.
- Experience in Project Management, Change Management and Problem Solving.
- Experience in designing a Training approach, plan, and materials.
- Experience in Document Management, change request process and governance.
- Experience in Project and Stakeholder Communications.
- Relevant experience in Warehousing or at least a passion for logistics.
- Relevant experience in Warehouse Management System implementation projects is a plus

- You have a passion for Lean methodology.
- You are down-to-earth:

- You like working in a dynamic environment and you can work in diverse environments, with both on-site and remote teams.
- You can liaise with Board-level to shop-floor level colleagues and tailor your messages to them.
- You are willing to roll up your sleeves and work hard with the team.
- You are willing to travel across countries (Belgium, UK, Netherlands)
