Work Site Supervisor

Le/La Work Site Supervisor rapporte directement au Manager Infrastructures & Maintenance et collabore étroitement avec les différents services techniques et sous-traitants.
**FONCTION**
En tant que Work Site Supervisor vous assurez le suivi et la gestion de l’ensemble des chantiers dont vous avez la charge (exécutés aussi bien en interne que par des sous-traitants) et êtes garant(e) de la sécurité sur ceux-ci.
Voici une liste non-exhaustive de vos responsabilités et tâches principales:
- Vous contrôlez les chantiers internes et externes (parties prenantes du site) en termes de qualité, sécurité, délais, budget et facturation ;
- Vous aidez à l’élaboration des cahiers des charges, rédigez et assurez le suivi des descriptifs techniques et métrés pour les projets et travaux ;
- Vous participez à la validation des choix techniques des équipements et des prestataires retenus après consultation (suivre les processus avec les achats) ;
- Vous facilitez la réalisation des travaux en coordination avec les entités et services concernés et apportez des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés ;
- Vous participez aux réunions de chantier et rédigez des rapports et des PV sur l’état d’avancement des travaux ainsi que sur la qualité des prestations des sous-traitants ;
- Vous coordonnez et organisez les interventions des sous-traitants en Airside et en Landside en collaboration avec les services concernés ;
- Vous veillez au respect des normes aéroportuaires de sûreté, de sécurité et en matière d’environnement ainsi qu’à la conformité (légale) des installations réalisées ;
- Vous collectez, communiquez la documentation technique et en assurez la mise à jour ;
- Vous proposez des solutions aux problématiques rencontrées ainsi que les opportunités d’améliorations et les mettez en place.
**ET SI C'ETAIT VOUS ?**
- Vous êtes détenteur(rice) d’une qualification technique dans un domaine tel que la construction ou le génie civil ;
- Vous témoignez d’une expérience de minimum 2 ans dans le suivi de chantier de bâtiments ;
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans la rédaction de cahiers des charges ;
- Vous maîtrisez la Suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,..) ;
- Vous êtes connu(e) pour vos bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et communicationnelles tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
- Votre rigueur et votre autonomie ainsi que vos bonnes capacités d’analyse vous permettent de fournir un suivi optimal à vos chantiers.
