**Robert** **Half** is momenteel op zoek naar **een Investment Analyst** voor een bedrijf in regio **Antwerpen**.
Onze klant is een bedrijf die actief is in de **energiesector**.
De **belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden** van de Investment Analyst:
- Je zorgt voor het mee (verder) ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en gebruiken van financiële modellen voor hernieuwbare energie projecten;
- Je analyseert de financiële performance van de operationele projecten en het rapporteren naar de diverse stakeholders;
- Je maakt het financieel plan op voor de pipeline-projecten en je voert de rendementsberekeningen en ad-hoc financiële analyses uit;
- Je ondersteunt het team tijdens het due diligence-traject in aanloop naar de financial close van een nieuw project;
- Je volgt mee model audits op, houdt datarooms voor banken en investeerders up to date en je bereidt managementpresentaties voor.
De **vereiste kwalificaties** voor deze functie zijn:
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma binnen een toepasselijke richting en je hebt minimum 3 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in hernieuwbare energie en daarbij horende businessmodellen;
- Je bent sterk in cijfers en je bent vertrouwd met financiële modellen; kennis van Power BI en VBA is een plus;
- Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel;
- Je hebt kennis van of interesse in Project Finance; basiskennis van boekhouding is een plus;
- Je communiceert op een professionele en heldere manier en je kan een complex financieel plan op een helder en inzichtelijke wijze samenvatten en presenteren;
- Je bent flexibel, pragmatisch en je kan prioriteiten stellen. Je kan vlot linken en verbanden leggen, je denkt na over alternatieven, maar houdt daarbij rekening met de afspraken en de richtlijnen;
- Je houdt vlot overzicht op je werk door je gestructureerde aanpak;
- Je bent een teamspeler, je bent vlot aanspreekbaar en je kan autonoom en zelfstandig werken;
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en/of je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels; kennis van het Frans is een plus.
