**Description de l'emploi**
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Business Analyst**, orienté métier avant tout, mais ayant des affinités avec les systèmes d’informations afin de renforcer l’équipe Projects and Technical Support au sein de notre Direction Asset Management.

La gestion des projets, en lien avec une activité d’investissement multi-assets, combine tant les défis actuels liés à cette activité, tels que l’ESG ou l’évolution de la stratégie d’investissements, que les systèmes d’informations, datas et processus associés.

Cette activité, qui est fréquemment associée au développement des produits Vie, tant Retail que Business-to-Business, est en évolution constante et génère des projets de plus en plus complexes et passionnants.

En tant que Business Analyst, vous participez, en collaboration avec les différents spécialistes métier, à l’analyse et la formalisation des besoins du business, à la définition des solutions à mettre en place et à l’élaboration des business cases réalisés.

Dans le cadre de votre fonction de support transversal, vous collaborez étroitement avec le Product Owner et les Project Managers de la direction et leur apportez du support pour le suivi global des différents projets.

Votre position fait de vous une personne-clé dans l’identification des risques et problèmes associés aux projets, développements et évolutions et à leurs résolutions.

Votre participation quotidienne aux différents projets / évolutions permet d’insuffler une approche agile et pragmatique afin de mener à bien l’ensemble des projets.

**Le profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un master (mathématique, scientifique, informatique, économie, gestion) ou vous justifiez d’une expérience équivalente de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction similaire et/ou dans un cabinet d’audit.
- Vous présentez des affinités avec le monde de la finance et de la gestion d’actif.
- Vous êtes proactif et rigoureux, doté d’excellentes capacités d’analyse (« helicopter view »), de synthèse et rédactionnelles.
- Vous êtes orienté clients et solutions, vous avez des compétences en communication orale et écrite, de l’assertivité et du leadership ainsi que des exigences au niveau de la qualité du produit fini.
- Vous pouvez travailler tant en équipe que de façon autonome.
- Vous êtes capable de gérer priorités et projets multiples dans un environnement en perpétuelle mutation.
- Vous maîtrisez le français ou le néerlandais, avez de bonnes connaissances de l’autre langue, ainsi que de l’anglais.
