**Your tasks**
- Maintain a project management plan outlining project goals, timelines, resources, and communication strategies;
- Help identify and analyse the needs and expectations of stakeholders and document them as well as establish effective communication channels with them;
- Monitor provider performance, ensuring adherence to project milestones, quality standards, and contractual obligations;
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including a detailed schedule, resource allocation and risk management strategy;
- Resolve conflicts or issues arising between different providers and facilitate collaboration.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in IT combined with 13 years of IT professional experience;
- Expertise in Project Management tools and methodologies;
- Experience in managing a project KANBAN board or equivalent;
- Experience of large scale systems integration projects, preferably within IT and/or taxation, excise and customs environment;
- Ability to produce minutes, notes, business cases, vision documents, service level agreements, terms of collaboration, planning schedules, etc.;
- Possession of recognised certificate in project management is an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
