HR Business Partner

Onze klant is hoofddealer van Iveco voor de regio Brussel en omstreken. Ons gespecialiseerd team van 30 personen zorgt elke dag opnieuw dat u als klant permanent een top service krijgt aan de juiste prijs. Deze klant maakt dan ook deel uit van de 250 Truck Stations binnen Europa.
**Functiebeschrijving**
Als HR Business Partner heb je het volgend takenpakket:
- Je staat in voor de rekrutering van nieuwe medewerkers
- Je schrijft de vacatures uit en doet de nodige postings op jobboards
- Je werkt nauw samen met onze partners, voornamelijk interimkantoren om een goeie instroom van kandidaten te verkrijgen
- Je staat in voor de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers, alsook de tussentijdse evaluaties
- Je verwerkt heel nauwkeurig de puntage van medewerkers, om te zorgen dat zij een correct loon ontvangen. Dit doe je in samenwerking met ons sociaal secretariaat
- Je bent de persoon waarbij alle medewerkers terecht kunnen met hun vragen rond personeelszaken
- Je zorgt voor de constante update van het arbeidsreglement
- Je beheert een vast klantenbestand samen met je collega's van de afdeling Sales
- Je volgt de sociale wetgeving op de voet en bereid tot bijscholing waar nodig
- Je beheert de fleet van de firma
- Je staat in van het plannen van de opleidingen van medewerkers
**Functie-eisen**
Voor de vacature van HR Business Partner heb je volgende talenten:
- Bereid zijn tot leren werken met verschillende software pakketten, o.a. Syntegro Dotsys
- Nauwkeurig en cijfermatig werken
- Zelfstandig en autonoom werken schrikt je niet af
- Kennis van rekrutering en selectie is een must
- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans
- Je kan je makkelijk verplaatsen naar Groot-Bijgaarden
