**Qu'allez-vous faire?**:
Looking to perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions ? This are the responsabilities we offer you:
Process all types of invoices into the bookkeeping system
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Preparation of weekly payments runs and manuel payments
Review statements for past due invoices
Investigate missing or unpaid invoices
Process 3-way P.O. mathcing invoices
Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
Audit and process credit card bills
Respond to all vendor inquiries
Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
Assist in month end closing
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Responsible of VAT reports and other taxes submissions
Be the back-up person for the fixed assets entries
Assist with other projects as needed

**Formation**: Experience in accounts payable
Knowledge of general accounting principles (US Gaap & Belgian Gaap)

**Connaissances professionnelles**: Proficient in Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,...) + SAP expertise
Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures

**Connaissances linguistiques**: Ability to speak fluently and write French & English, German is an asset

**Attestations**: High School Diploma required in Accounting

**Qu'est-ce que nous vous offrons?**:
