**Job Title**:Business Analyst

**Job Summary**:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare by optimizing processes and delivering cutting-edge solutions. Your expertise will help us improve patient outcomes and drive the future of healthcare.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis through interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders.
- Map and optimize healthcare processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and development, to design and implement effective solutions.
- Analyse data to uncover insights, track performance, and develop detailed reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining the highest quality and safety.
- Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, supporting successful project execution.
- Develop and execute test protocols, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure quality assurance.

- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of life sciences, including biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare processes.

- **Technical Proficiency**: Experience with healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHRs, LIMS) and data analysis tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Project Management**: Competence in managing projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Skilled at identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Proficiency in creating clear, detailed documentation and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in information science, data management, computer science or related field preferred.
