Als planning consulent ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een efficiënte en klantgerichte werkomgeving binnen onze retailorganisatie. Je bent een allround professional die zich bezighoudt met verschillende aspecten van retail en human resources. Je werkt van A tot Z, van het werven en selecteren van nieuwe medewerkers tot het bieden van ondersteuning aan de winkels en medewerkers
- Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Klantencontact: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel persoonlijk als via verschillende communicatiekanalen. Je beantwoordt vragen, biedt ondersteuning om de klanttevredenheid zo hoog mogelijk te houden.
- Onboarding: Je draagt bij aan het succesvol onboarden van nieuwe medewerkers. Je verzorgt de introductie, voorziet hen van de benodigde informatie en begeleidt hen tijdens hun eerste dagen.
- Personeelsadministratie: Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige en up-to-date personeelsadministratie, inclusief het beheren van personeelsdossiers en het verwerken van wijzigingen in arbeidscontracten.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief met klanten en medewerkers om te gaan
- Ervaring in de retailsector, bij voorkeur met klantenservice-ervaring is een plus
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd te beheren.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en het vermogen om beslissingen te nemen in complex

- Je kan snel en accuraat plannen en bent sterk in organiseren. Ook onder verhoogde druk leg je kwaliteitsvol werk af.
- Ben je iemand die goed linken kan leggen dan kan dit van pas komen in de job als consulent. Daarnaast ben je een doorzetter en blijf je gaan voor je kandidaat en klant.
- Je bent iemand die lange termijn relatie voorop stelt. Daardoor hanteer je open en eerlijk communicatie met je kandidaat en klant.
- Je hebt uitstekende contact
- en communicatievaardigheden, zowel intern als extern, mondeling als geschreven.
- Je hebt uitstekende kennis van zowel de Nederlandse als de Franse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
