Junior Purchaser

Job Summary
NHV is an international helicopter company with its headquarters in Ostend. For the Purchasing department, we are looking for a Junior Purchaser on a temporary base to complete the team.

Respons. & areas
- On a daily basis you evaluate the internal demand for parts needed for the maintenance of the helicopters.
- You will request quotes from different suppliers, negotiate prices and lead times, and constantly look for the fastest and most economical solution
- You are the contact point for all orders, both for the technical department and for suppliers
- You ensure that all information is accurately entered into the system and proactively follow up all deliveries so that everything is delivered on time
- After a period of 3 months, you are prepared to be available to join our on-duty-system. (1week out of 4)

Experience
- You have experience as an administrative assistant. Experience in a purchasing department or commercial office is a plus.
- You will be working in a technical environment. Interest in maintenance and parts of helicopters is therefore important.
- You can work well with Excel and an ERP package.

**Skills**:

- You have a very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of Dutch and French.
- You will be working in a technical environment. Interest in maintenance and parts of helicopters is therefore important.
- You work accurately and have an analytical mind.
- You are stress resistant and eager to learn.
- You live within a 40 minutes drive from NHV.
