Le groupe Cerba HealthCare est un solide réseau européen de laboratoires médicaux dont le siège est à Paris. Le groupe fournit principalement ses services aux médecins ainsi qu’à leurs patients et aide l'industrie pharmaceutique à développer de nouveaux médicaments.

En Belgique, il existe 4 laboratoires médicaux : Cerba Path à Anderlecht, LBS à Liège & Anderlecht et CRI à Gand. Afin de renforcer notre équipe à Anderlecht, nous cherchons actuellement un(e) :  

**Technologue de laboratoire**

Notre laboratoire est constitué de différents départements : Chimie/Hématologie, Toxicologie, Microbiologie et anatomie-pathologique. Sur base de vos connaissances et de vos affinités, nous vous aiguillerons vers le service le plus adéquat à votre épanouissement professionnel.

Rattaché au responsable du département, vous serez amené à:

- Vous effectuez des analyses et transcrivez leurs résultats pour permettre l'établissement d'un diagnostic. Vous réalisez la validation analytique des résultats des dosages sur la base de critères préalablement définis.
- Vous étalonnez les automates utilisés et à assurer la maintenance des appareils.
- Vous participez à l'élaboration du Système Assurance Qualité et mise en place de nouveaux appareils.
- Vous contribuez à la mise au point et à la validation de nouvelles méthodes d'analyse.
Profil souhaité
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) en tant que Technologue de Laboratoire médicale et êtes en possession de l'agrément.
- Vous avez une première expérience (également via vos stages) dans un laboratoire d’analyses médicales.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'outil informatique, rigoureux, méthodique, vigilant et respectant les consignes de sécurité relatives aux produits et aux instruments d'analyse manipulés.
- Vous avez une capacité d'organisation, un esprit d'équipe et un sens de la confidentialité.
- Vous parlez français et la maitrise du néerlandais est un atout.
