**Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant**
- **Are you an expert SAP Consultant with 5+ years of SuccessFactors expereince who is looking to take the next step in your career as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.**
Conexus are looking for a an ambitious SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our client who are a Global Leading Consultancy operating in Antwerp, Belgium. This is one of the largest companies in the world, with over 400,000 employees spread across the world, and over 6,000 in Belgium alone across their 10+ Belgian offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow from a consultnat to Senior Consultant at a world leading consultancy with unmatched resoureces and career fostering training.
As a trusted Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you will shape and execute innovative solutions, ensuring the seamless integration of SAP HR technology within our clients' organizations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding our clients in the strategy and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, maximizing the value of technology and transforming HR into an impactful business function.
- Shape and execute end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions, aligning HR strategy with the chosen solution, redesigning and documenting business processes, configuring and integrating the solution with legacy systems, and facilitating innovative communications and workshops.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, client stakeholders, and our partner SAP to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
- Continuously develop your knowledge and insights into HR technologies, their integration within client architectures, desired employee experiences, and emerging HR trends.
**Let's Talk About You**:
- You possess 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, including client-facing consulting roles.
- Expertise in one or multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central, is essential.
- Certification in one or multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules is a significant advantage.
- You excel at translating business objectives into functional and technical requirements.
- An exceptional communicator, you effortlessly build relationships and thrive in a team environment.
- Your intellectual curiosity, combined with strong analytical skills, allows you to drive innovative solutions.
- You embrace an international work environment and are willing to travel as required.
- A university degree in engineering, IT, HR, economics, or a related field is required, with a post-graduate degree considered an asset.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages as a bonus.
