We zijn op zoek naar een SAP expert om ons Source-to-Pay team te versterken.
Samen met je collega's zorg je voor de werking van legacy SAP ECC oplossingen. Daarnaast vervul je je rol als SAP Source-to-Pay specialist in de lopende SAP Ariba projecten en de aankomende S4/Hana transformatie.

**Jouw rol**:

- Je biedt dagelijkse functionele ondersteuning voor Open Text Vendor Invoice Management:

- Je analyseert incidenten en aanvragen van NMBS (key) users.
- Je documenteert en configureert oplossingen voor bugs en changes.
- Je stemt op regelmatige basis af met onze klant (NMBS - Procurement) om verbeteringsvoorstellen (enhancements) m.b.t. bestaande SAP-modules te capteren en kritisch te analyseren.
- Je bent proactief in het zelf aanbrengen van best practices en verbeteringsvoorstellen t.a.v. onze klant.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze ABAP developers indien er ontwikkelwerk nodig is voor bug fixes of enhancements.
- Als Source-to-Pay functioneel expert ben je betrokken bij lopende SAP Ariba projecten:

- Je bent betrokken bij alle fasen van de projecten: ontwerp, testen, training, assistentie na het opstarten. Onze projecten voor 2024 zijn:

- Roll-outs van de pilot naar de verschillende directoraten (betreffende de SAP Ariba Guided Buying module)
- Project om SAP Sourcing te vervangen door SAP Ariba Sourcing voor de Stationsafdeling
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en implementeren van de integratiepunten tussen SAP Ariba en ECC MM.

**Jouw professionele & technische skills**:

- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 8 jaar ervaring met de Open Text Vendor Invoice Management en SAP MM modules / integratie van de MM module met FI en CO.
- Je hebt ervaring met de integratie van e-facturen via het Mercurius platform (overheidsplatform) - peppol, of op een ander samenwerkingsplatform (SAP Ariba, enz.) en ervaring met Kofax / OCR.
- Je hebt initiële ervaring met een SAP Ariba project of wilt je expertise in deze oplossing verder ontwikkelen.
- Je hebt initiële ervaring met de implementatie van S4/Hana op het gebied van Source-to-Pay.
- Je bent SAP gecertificeerd op de modules MM (ECC of S4/Hana) of Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (wenselijk maar niet verplicht).
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Procurement en Invoicing processen. Je kunt dit met onze klant bespreken en hen hierover adviseren.
- Je hebt ervaring met het werken in project/Scrum teams. Je weet te werken volgens de SAP Activate methodiek.
- Kennis van SAP ABAP en workflows is een pré.
- Kennis van tools zoals Jira, ServiceNow, OTRS, SAP SolMan, SAP Signavio is een pré.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
