Afin de fournir une qualité encore meilleure à nos clients, nous recherchons un **Team Coach** pour le projet **BMID **à **Louvain**.
Avec un éventail de tâches variées et de nombreuses responsabilités, vous serez le carburant du moteur du centre de contact de WeEngage.

Vos collaborateurs sont chargés de maintenir un contact parfait avec nos clients, de les aider au mieux et de ne pas laisser passer les opportunités commerciales. Ils veillent à ce que nos clients bénéficient d'une "expérience client étonnante" à chaque contact.

Vous vous concentrez sur la gestion des personnes de votre équipe. Vous encadrez vos collaborateurs afin qu'ils se développent de manière optimale dans leur travail. Vous communiquez toujours sur mesure à votre équipe. Vous filtrez les informations de la direction en fonction de leur pertinence et vous décidez de la meilleure façon de communiquer. Vous organisez fréquemment des réunions interactives avec votre équipe. Vous portez un regard critique sur les processus/procédures actuels et signalez les points d'amélioration possibles aux bonnes personnes de votre réseau. Vous motivez également votre équipe à faire preuve d'esprit critique et à transmettre ses idées.

**Profil**

**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience en matière de gestion;
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le **Français **et vous pouvez vous exprimer correctement en **Anglais**;
- Vous pouvez être flexible entre le lundi et le vendredi entre 7h et 20h avec 1 samedi sur 4 de 7h à 15h30;
- Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de coaching et de commerce et vous maîtrisez l'art de motiver une équipe;
- Vous avez le sens de l'organisation du travail et du multitâche;
- Vous pouvez faire preuve d'esprit critique et comprendre le leadership situationnel;
- Vous êtes fort en chiffres et en analyse de problèmes;
- Vous avez des connaissances approfondies en informatique (Microsoft office);
- Complété par le sens des responsabilités et la flexibilité.
