Ben je een kei in het oplossen van vragen over betalingen en facturen? Schrikken onbetaalde facturen je niet af?
- OVER DE JOB_
Je speelt een verbindingsrol tussen het eigen kantoornetwerk, het customer service center, de distributiedienst en de afdeling finance;
- Je beantwoordt vragen en adviseert je collega’s met de juiste oplossing;
- Je bent de interne liaison tussen de commerciële functies en de klantenboekhouding;
Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de onafhankelijke reisagent voor al hun boekhoudkundige en financiële vragen
**OVER JOU**
- Je hebt een bachelor opleiding (of gelijkgesteld door ervaring) met een financieel profiel;
- 1-2 jaar ervaring in dit werkveld is een plus;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van boekhouding;
- Je hebt er geen moeite mee om probleemoplossend te werk te gaan en kan commercieel meedenken en schakelen;
- Details zijn belangrijk voor je en kan in systemen denken en verbanden zoeken
- Je gaat proces gericht aan het werk en houdt integriteit hoog in het vaandel;
- Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Excel;
- Ook ben je communicatief, waarbij je het Nederlands als het Frans goed beheerst;
- Omgaan met werkdruk is jou niet vreemd en je weet daarbij goed jouw prioriteiten te stellen
- Ondanks dat je zelfstandig kan werken, vinden wij in jou ook een echte team-player.
